John Locke booked an authentic Australian Walkabout tour with this company which was located in Melbourne, Australia, however; was refused the right to attend when he was informed that the insurance company wasn't able to accommodate him due to the fact that he omitted that he was a paraplegic. The tour left without him, and they provided John with a flight back to Sydney which was free of charge.
